Academic Background
I will continue to cherish hands-on work and the fantastic opportunities that have led me to leadership roles and other experiences, which have strengthened my skills in visual design and writing. As a graduate of the Professional Communication Honours Program at Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU), I am well-prepared to solve real-world issues confidently.
One of the major highlights in my final year was my research project: The Popularization of Women of Colour’s Beauty Trends on TikTok. I explored four major beauty trends through content analysis and ultimately created a report and visual board. Alongside working on this project, I served as an Industry Lead for the showcase of my project and others.
